Does the RPMsg RTOS Layer's create endpoint (rpmsg_rtos_create_ept) supports multiple endpoints?

no. Sorry NXP i.MX releases do not support multiple endpoints.

For multiple endpoints example one can look at

Hello @igorpadykov, RPMsg in the NXP SDK (I'm using the RT1160EVK) still don't support multiple endpoints?

I was thinking about creating two endpoints in my cores, one channel to send/recv synchronous messages and the other to send/recv asynchronous messages.
