&lt;P&gt;=&amp;gt;Answer: From software side, I didn't find the calibration register.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; So, maybe the hardware can improve it, please check this application note:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3.Does RT600 contain an internal bandgap reference for ADC correction?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;=&amp;gt;Answer: Have internal bandgap, but didn't used to the correction, in fact, bandgap also have the error rate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am reading RT600,&amp;nbsp;Rev. 2.0, 1 April 2022 datasheet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the&amp;nbsp;full-scale error voltage spec shown below mean, when I measure 1.8V, I can have up to +/- 1.8*0.3/100 V error? &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My understanding is the error rate is linearly, at least, here you can consider it&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;linear.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you&amp;nbsp;measure 1V, it will it be +/- 3mV error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
