If not, does NXP have any plan to support libcamera or have any suggestion/reference design/guid/patch for that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;3. &lt;P&gt;I hope you are doing well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if the customer has not their algorithm for 3A and other modules, we don't suggest they use lib-camera,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;VSI sdk is good chooise. we will support vsi SDK now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if the customer has interesting in lib-camera and they are isp expert, there is an open source on GitLab&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://gitlab.com/ideasonboard/nxp/libcamera" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://gitlab.com/ideasonboard/nxp/libcamera&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just wanted to highlight in here, that - yes i.MX8MP is very well supported in libcamera, but you have to enable the correct kernel drivers on the linux kernel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;libcamera uses the seemingly not-obviously named RKISP1 driver in the linux kernel because the ISP shares common heritiage, but the platform itself has really strong support, is in commercial products, and we can support many use cases, and customisations easily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All with the benefit that you don't have to sign any license agreements, and you get the full source code! (it's all publicly available upstream at &lt;A href="https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/camera/libcamera" target="_blank"&gt;https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/camera/libcamera&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
