[IMX8MP, IMX8MM] How to set registers for USB eye diagram testing

As title, our products prepare to mass production BUT face an issue about signal certification.

We need to pass the USB eye diagram testing, but I have no idea how to enable it.

My software setting:

Platforms: IMX8MP(USB3.0), IMX8MM(USB2.0)

OS: Android 12-1.0.0

Kernel: 5.10.72

In addition, we're not connect to USB host connector directly from SOC side (via an USB-HUB), so does IMX8 support compliance mode for eye diagram testing?

I found some documents about USB eye diagram but cannot download, I'll appreciate if someone can provide the correct link of documents.
