Linux or Andriod OS support on MX RT1024

Dear All,

We are using MX RT1024 with bare metal application for our prototype design. Now due to some requirement change we need to host a Linux or Android OS, preferably Linux. Does the processor support this. Running it in XIP from flash or from SD card. We are aware it has just 256KB RAM, by extending the RAM is it possible? Also about the development environment to load the Linux image on it. Please suggest us.

I don't think RT1024 can support this, if you want to run linux or android, maybe you can choose i.mx8 series
