Hi,

1. Use "Import SDK example(s)... "Import project 'evkmimxrt1020_lwip_udpecho_freertos' to compile.

2. Delete in Project Explorer (but do not delete the project in the workspace).

3. Use "import project(s) from file system" to import the project from the workspace again.

4. The compilation fails

I made a same test but didn't see the problem. What's the version of MCUXpresso and SDK?

MCUXpresso IDE v11.5.1 and SDK_2_11_0_EVK-MIMXRT1020

It seems that only projects that include lwip have this problem.

You can try to update IDE to 11.7.
