Secure provisioning Tool -output .bin file

My task is generate encrypted image and send this file to client , for encryption I have done following process so my query is which file I sent?

1. 1st I build code using MCUXpresso IDE and generate .axf file

2.Using secure provisioning tool -I gave .axf file and key as input to this tool, press Build

3.In Secure provisioning tool write tab show-bootable_images\MIMXRT1051_Project_nopadding.bin and some additional file like- DEK key .bin , SRK fuses. bin ,signed flashloader .bin,unsigned flashloader .bin, write parameter.json file

4.in our project , flashing process done via cloud , this task is not our scop so client asking me to send encrypted image so i have query in step 3 . which file I sent

If the chip is fused, just send xxxx_nopadding.bin.
