External Flash memory IS25lp064a-jble interface with IMXRT1060

I want to use IS25lp064a-jble as external flash with IMXRT1062. Can you help me out with algorithm that how to use it with processor or any document which help to get basic idea about it.

I am using QUAD FlexSPI.

You can use MIMXRT1060_SFDP_QSPI.cfx as the flash algorithm. IS25lp064a support JESD216A.

Yes, but you must in the range. From 0x60000000 and the range is 64M byte.

I am getting one more problem. When I am debug my program the Bus Fault error is shown. Please see image.

Can you tell me it affects my program or not and if yes then how can I resolves this?

After debug process complete then as I click on RUN (Green triangle) icon, it shows this bus error.

Hi @Vishal_AVG ,

There is a assembly window which shows assembly code of the C file. I guess it is all zero in your project. It that's true, that means the code isn't downloaded correctly. Can you use MCUBootUtlity to connect your board and configure flash?
