I already downloaded yocto on ubuntu,but I don't know how to Install ROS.

There might be 2 possibilities at least, depending on your BSP version :

Prior Linux 5.10.9_1.0.0, you have to generate the Ubuntu rootfs manually, but not recommended as the BSP might be too old for iMX8M Plus. For example : https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors-Knowledge-Base/Build-Ubuntu-For-i-MX8-Series-Platform/ta-p/1128708
