Kernel panic caused by Wifi module

I use mwifiex driver ,

the panic occur when a timeout occurs after a scan command.

There is any patch that can fix this problem ?

You have to rebuild the kernel with wifi available on it config file.

I use kernel 3.10.17 , and the mwifex driver is provided via backport (4.1.1).

can you please explain more ?
