I setup the Baud Rate to 4800，and connected a peripheral with our UART.the peripheral send handshake packages to UART,frequency was 10HZ，the length of the data were 10 bytes. But I found a confused phenomenon is that the data were not print on time，the data were print after 40 s. is that i need to change some configures for uart?why?
