IMX7 processor EIM interface hardware signal connection to communucate with an FPGA

Hi,

I am using IMX7 processor and a Artix 7 series FPGA in my new design. I am planning to use the 16 bit multiplexed EIM interface to communicate between the IMX7 and FPGA. I am reffering the connection from OPOS6UL SP Interfaces description article in order to communicate between the IMX7 and FPGA. The article link is given below:

Is this the right way to do the EIM interface connection?

Or do you have any IMX7 specific design document for this application?
