Hi, All

I would like to know why the register is reset when jumping to 0x04 in the code below.

r1 = 0x04
mov PC, r1

There is a boot ROM at this address, but it's a black box.

Can you open the boot ROM code?

OK, I understand.

But I would like to clear specification.
i.MX7 is like a Power on Reset state by Jumping to 0x04.
Is it by boot ROM? or by occuring something to error ?
