The minimum boot time is different due to various configurations, so you need to test it according to your own needs.

Hello Harvey,
Our projecet will be HMI display, so based on this what is your guess about boot time?
Also what is the status of VDD_1v8 and VDD_3v3 outputs of the PMIC at suspend mode, are they 0V?

There is no way to guess, is this displayed from uboot or kernel? The suspend mode depends on how it is defined, whether it is ks0 or ks1, VDD_1V8 and VDD_3V3 KS0 is powered off, and KS1 is not powered off. For details, you can check the link I sent you earlier.

Hello,

In our application, to exit sleep mode, I will use K15 ignition pin to wake-up the device. Should I connect the K15 pin to pmic wake-up pin using zener diode? To enter sleep mode I'd like to have software shutdown after ignition is off is it possible?
