On the 6ULL EVK board, there is one 256 MB QSPI Nor Flash device. To boot from the QSPI flash, the boot device switch (SW601) settings must be changed to OFF, OFF, OFF, OFF.
Additionally, the developer should adjust the BOOT_CFG settings for specified QSPI Nor Flash device, by exchanging the pull up/down resistors. See the main board schematic for more information

Hi All,

We have a custom designed based heavily on the IMX6ULL-EVK. Our design boots from QSPI. The u-boot binary boots fine from QSPI on the EVK. When booting on the custom board, the QSPI boot procedure fails and falls back to SDP where we can load our image using the UUU tool and it runs as expected.

Are there any status registers that our accessible from the SDP boot that would tell us why our QSPI boot failed?

Thanks
