Xen Hypervisor Deployment on SD Card

Hello,

I am following the application note AN13138 Xen Deployment on Layerscape Platforms (attached to this issue) to generate Xen hypervisor image and other needed files that work on imx8qm board. I completes the section 2.1 Build by following through the instructions here successfully and I generated the desired files in the desired directory.

However, in the section 2.2 Deployment, there are some tftp commands that should be given on u-boot but because of some problems, I cannot use the tftp properly and I do want to deploy xen hypervisor by using a SD card. Is it possible to load xen_addr, image, device tree blob etc. with SD card and if yes, how?

I would be very grateful if you could help me with running Xen and Dom0.

Hello

You may following the yocto user guide document section 5.6.11 to build xen. This is for layerscape not necessarily works for MX8QM.
