https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors/i-MX6-Quad-Core-CPU/m-p/1531913#M195931 <P>We are using i.MX6 Quad Core CPU with part number in our product MCIMX6Q5EYM12AC.<BR />Product was manufactured 7 years back and still using in market.<BR />Currently we are facing an issue that application is booting but, after some time screen is going black.<BR />This issue occurred on 14 out of 650 units installed recently.<BR />In the issue boards, when we checked the boot log, the temperature is showing a negative value.<BR />We assume that CPU temp shown in the boot log is from “Temp Monitor” in the “Timers/Control” block diagram in the NXP document (IMX6DQCEC-010.pdf).<BR />We would like to know, why/how this issue is occurring.
