I have a system installed on mine TQMa28

I would like to make copies of it to an SD card.
Is it possible?

Unfortunately, I looked through all the documentation and no found answer.

There is a lot of information on how to upload the system to TQ (SD card -> eMMC) but there is no information anywhere on how to make copies of eMMC (eMMC -> SD card)
