IMX8MP check NPU usage

Hello,

I'm using IMX8MP with the system Yocto Linux. I'd like to check NPU usage, such as the "%CPU" from the command "top". I have noticed the description like "Arm® Cortex®-A53 with an integrated NPU". Does it mean that the NPU is integrated into the CPU, so it can't be checked alone? If so, does the CPU usage also include the usage of the integrated NPU?

Thanks a lot.

Using machine learning tools like NPU PROFILER, we can obtain the processing time of each operator on the NPU. What I need is to get the NPU usage in real time like the percentage of NPU that is being used by the process.

For example, using command "top", we can get the %CPU. Can we get similar information for NPU?

Or does the CPU information we get include NPU? Because I see the NPU is an integrated NPU in Arm® Cortex®-A53 CPU.
