RT1176 Qbv scheduling sequence

Hi, I have a problem right now and I need support

When I tested Qbv on RT1176, I found the following problems:

My GCL configuration list is Q0-100us, Q1-200us, Q2-300uS, Q3-400uS.

However, when BaseTime is set to 0, the scheduling order of Qbv is Q3->.Q2->Q1->Q0......... Q3->Q2->Q1->Q0.

However, when the baseTime configuration is greater than 0, the scheduling order of Qbv is Q0->Q1->Q2->Q3......... Q0->Q1->Q2->Q3.

The scheduling order is reversed.

Please confirm if this is the case.
