Hello,

If you mean that if it is possible that the binary file runs at QSPI/XIP, then yes it is possible, please refer to the getting started with MCUXpresso SDK for EVK-MIMX8MP.

If you mean that M7 has access to the QSPI, then no, usually this peripheral is assigned to the Cortex-A, so we do not provide a driver for cortex-M.
