What values to be set for DDR Tool, while running Stress Test for IMX8MP custom board?

We are running DDR tool to for calibration in our custom IMX8MP board.

The download and calibration is working fine. But in case of Stress Test the test is failing with below logs:

DDR Stress Test Iteration 1

...Address of failure: 0x0000000101E00000
Data read was: 0x0000FFFF41E0FFFF
But pattern was: 0x0000000041E00000

In the DDR Tool guide it is said to keep the values a default. But can you please tell me if we need to set any value for Start/End frequency and/or ADDR/DATA field and what are the purpose of these fields?
