my platform is i.MX8QXP, Linux 4.14.98.

Question:1)Does NXP fec driver support clause 45?; 2) Can NXP provide cause 45 patch?

Sorry, I cannot find the patch. I think we don't patch for this.

Hi has this issue been resolved?

we are working with imx8dxl and SJA1110 and require a clause45 driver for MDIO communication with the ethernet switch. to acces and controll the registers.

thats a pitty and also no solution.

we did however already patch the HW and added an SPI port to the switch which alowed us to readout the registers.

pitty that after 3 weeks still no solution availeble.

pls close the case.
