topic imx6ull: NAND writes from uboot makes read errors from Linux and vice-versa in i.MX Processors

Hi,

I would like to create and write my NAND volumes from uboot.

The board is the imx6ull-colibri from Toradex. uboot and kernel are mainline.

But when I do so, I have ECC error from linux, when performing the "ubiattach" command.

Similarly, when creating the volumes from linux, there are ECC errors when reading them

in u-boot.

I have tried to change the device tree (as suggested on other platforms with simular issues) as such:

nand-ecc-mode = "hw"; to "on-die", with no better success, as well as adding "fsl,use-minimum-ecc"

In some past threads on NXP forums, it was said that writing the NAND was only supported from linux, is this still the case today ?

Thanks !
