Camera ISP Tuning Environment for iMX8M Plus

Hi,

I'm developing vision camera with iMX8M Plus.

Now I'm considering use either external ISP or integrated ISP in iMX8M Plus.

To make a decision, I need information

- Can iMX8M Plus provide tuning simulator?

- Customer can control each ISP block such as BPC - Shading - Gamma - Denoise - HDR - Demosaic?

- Image Quality Measurement

- To get these professional service, can we pay extra charge?

for tuning tools, you need contact partner to get it, more detailed information, pls contact local DFAE to get further information, and for professional service(maybe not free), pls contact from

- Can iMX8M Plus provide tuning simulator?

ISP tuning/calibration and access to tuning/calibration tools could be done via NXP partners or as NXP partner : https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors/imx8mp-ISP-Calibration-Tool-XML-Generator/m-p/1438716

- Customer can control each ISP block such as BPC - Shading - Gamma - Denoise - HDR - Demosaic?

After having tuning/calibration service done for your selected sensor (output is XML file specific to that sensor), users could control above elements in the pipeline from their application via ISP APIs.

Some partners of NXP providing tuning/calibration service : Lantronix, Innowave, Teknique (not NXP partner)
