Does NXP, (NXP) Android-related or i.MX BSP-included AAC decoder cover AAC licensing?

Does not, correct?

My read of Via's AAC FAQs, AAC FAQs – ViaCorp (via-corp.com), and the vague "IMXACRN i.MX Android Extended Codec Release Notes" is that NXP and the BSPs does NOT cover AAC licensing?

Likewise, both NXP and Phillips are not listed as Licensees. And while Google LLC is listed, the Via FAQs explain why Google does not pay for Android OEMs.
