i.MX 8M Plus - Camera Driver - ISI headers copyright

Hi,

We are working on a camera sensor driver for the i.MX 8M Plus.

The i.MX 8M Plus Camera and Display Guide (Rev. LF5.10.52_2.1.0, 4 October 2021) makes reference to several structures defined in the isi.h and isi_priv.h files. For instance, the type IsiSensorContext_t in page 12 of the guide is defined in isi_priv.h.

Following the developer guide, we make use of isi.h and isi_priv.h to get the driver working. These files have a copyright notice that says the following:

"No part of this work may be disclosed, reproduced, copied, transmitted, or used in any way for any purpose, without the express written permission of VeriSilicon"

These are the paths of the files that I'm referring to:

isp-imx-4.2.2.15.0/units/isi/include/isi.h
isp-imx-4.2.2.15.0/units/isi/include_priv/isi_priv.h

Is it okay to include these isi.h and isi_priv.h files in our driver? Or do we have to request Verisilicon permission?
