I bought a microcontroller but I was wrong because I ordered it with a narrow temperature range. Can anyone answer me, what's the difference with the MPU with the range of -40-85st C ?.

I am wondering if the processor will be able to work in a wider temperature range than the manufacturer writed?
The purchased MIMX8MM6DVTLZAA processors have a temperature range of 0-95 degrees C and I need from -10 to 100 degrees C.
The appropriate one would be MIMX8MM6CVTLZAA, I bought 150 pcs of modules Somlab with this processor with low temperature range.
