imx8m reset without WDOG_B

I am using PMIC PF8121 in that WDI hard watch dog reset is not working. Can we reset the imx8mm from software ?

Some boot problems can take place when processor is reset without
resetting other components. NXP does not recommend this type of reset;
it makes sense to remove power for all components on the board in the
event of a processor reset.

Please refer to section 3.4.6 (Reset architecture/routing) of the
Hardware Developer’s Guide for more implementation details.
