Difference between MCIMX280CVM4C and MCIMX280CVM4B

Hi,

I want to know the basic differences between MCIMX280CVM4C and MCIMX280CVM4B. The errata says that it is Mask Revision from 2M06Z to 3M06Z.

But I want to know if there is any major difference between these two parts or both can be used on place of each other without any issues?

There is no major difference, you can use it as a drop in place for each other.
