My imx8mq evk board can not read the EDID version 1.3.

when it was in booting sequence, it can read EDID data well.

But the kernel print the bellowed log

" [drm] EDID has major version 0, instead of 1 "

and print this log forever. (can not boot)

I don't know why it can not read the EDID.

the EDID version data bytes are 0x01 0x03. Read data are not has major version 0.

kernel print the read EDID data as bellowed

[00] GOOD 00 FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 55 CB 00 00 00 00 00 00

[00] GOOD 0C 1C 01 03 80 34 20 78 E2 1E C5 AE 4F 34 B1 26

[00] GOOD 0E 50 54 A5 4B 00 81 80 A9 40 D1 00 71 4F 01 01

[00] GOOD 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 3A 80 18 71 38 2D 40 58 2C

[00] GOOD 45 00 DD 0C 11 00 00 1E 00 00 00 10 00 4A 32 35

[00] GOOD 37 4D 39 36 42 30 30 46 4C 0A 00 00 00 FC 00 4F

[00] GOOD 5A 4F 20 46 48 44 20 48 44 4D 49 0A 00 00 00 FD

[00] GOOD 00 38 4C 1E 51 11 00 0A 20 20 20 20 20 20 01 C2

[01] ZERO 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

[01] ZERO 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

[01] ZERO 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

[01] ZERO 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

[01] ZERO 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

[01] ZERO 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

[01] ZERO 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

[01] ZERO 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

As i knew, the underlined 2 bytes of second line are the version information of EDID.

Is the imx8mq processor's kernel can not read the 128 bytes EDID?

I don't know why it can not read my monitor's EDID. (which has EDID version 1.3)
