Thanks a lot for the provided links

We are actually looking for the revision comparison document between silicon v1.3 and v1.4

This is needed to fix the secured u-boot lockup that we are facing now.

We currently using u-boot and SPL from 2016.09 and after soldering new processor v1.4 (HAB v4.2) the SPL refuses to boot.

We see this messages:
