I.MX7 EEPROM ID setting

Could you please share the steps for setting ID of the EEPROM. Whether there is any external software for that or internal OS itself can set ID of the EEPROM.

EEPROM is connected to the I.MX7 processor via I2C. So we are assuming that we can change data in the particular EEPROM through debug UART console. Whether our assumption is correct.
