I read AN12714

In chapter 3 is wrote:

"NAND flash is an MTD device, hence, DM-Crypt cannot be used with it and the hands-on do not apply for it."

So the question is: "How can I encrypt NAND on iMX6"?

Yes, dm-crypt can't directly be used on MTD device. It seems like that customer can use fscrypt[1] with UBIFS
