Hi Francesco

>Is the programming of single-bit registers and word registers done in the same way?

>That is, the single bit OTP registers can be programmed multiple times?

in both cases fuses can not be programmed multiple times. For examples one can look at

https://imxdev.gitlab.io/tutorial/Burning_eFuses_on_i.MX8_and_i.MX8x_families/

>How to do shadow OTP programming? The manuals do not mention how to do that.

one can look at sect.13.11 On-Chip OTP Controller (OCOTP_CTRL), that is write data

to appropriate register:

i.MX 8QuadMax Applications Processor Reference Manual

Best regards
igor

Hello,

from the iMX8QM reference manual and SCU FW porting manual it is not clear:

Is the programming of single-bit registers and word registers done in the same way? That is, the single bit OTP registers can be programmed multiple times?

How to do shadow OTP programming?
