where is u-boot elf file for imx6 processor

Dear community,

According to this board, the Yocto project has already generated an elf file for u-boot, I already set DEBUG_BUILD = "1" in local.conf, Where is the elf file for u-boot? I want to use it to debug u-boot by using Jlink jtag debugger.

found it. It is in u-boot-imx/1_2020.04-r0/git/mx6solosabresd_optee_config
