      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for processors that supporting DDR3x16 and DDR4x16.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For DDR3x16, the memory density is 8Gb per CS and the maximum speed is 2133Mbps. Do you have any recommended processors?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For DDR4x16, the memory density is 32Gb per CS and the maximum speed is 3200Mbps. Do you have any recommended processors?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there any EVK boards for the recommended processors?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Rita,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the DRAM datasheet. It has 17-bit Row, 10-bit Column, 2-bit BA and 2-bit BG. So it is x16 device with BG0 and BG1. From the latest version of RPA of 8MQ, 8NANO and 8MINI, the largest density per Device is 16Gb. I can't set it to 32Gb. So I wonder if any processors that can support DDR4x16 1CS with 32Gb density.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="RPA.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/157963i3636703C94283EA5/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="RPA.png" alt="RPA.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for late reply, I am on holiday leave. Here do not recommend you to use the DDR4x16 1CS with 32Gb density, we do not have that script for you. You can choose the DDR4x16 2CS with 16Gb density. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
