&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;standard linux can not guarantee fixed interrupt latencies, in general one can try to analyze&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;it placing gpio toggling in code and observing it with oscilloscope, For low latency linux one can consider&lt;/P&gt;
