IMX8MQ fastboot devices listing empty

Hi Everyone,

In IMX8MQ, fastboot devices listing empty.

"USB Download Gadget" is found in device manager. But, updating drivers is not working.

Please suggest.

This should help you, you need change driver type to enter fastboot mode.

Hi,

"USB download gadget" is still displayed in device manager after updating drivers as per the above procedure.

fastboot devices listing empty.

Updating Drivers is the only solution?.

Is there any other root cause for this?.

Thank you very much for reply.

In windows driver update may have issue it seems.

After switching to linux it worked out. But, we need to pass the command based on device id.

1. lsusb -> get device id.

2. fastboot -i <device id> devices.
