      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you, Yuri, I looked at On-Board Diagnostic Suit for the i.MX28,&amp;nbsp;however I found the following lines in the pdf file: "&lt;/SPAN&gt;This test should not be confused with a stress test that validates robust signal integrity of the interface."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;but I need a stress test for the whole RAM, tell me if there is such a tool for the imx28 system?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
