Bluetooth not functioning for linux 5.10.35 under imx8mminilpddr4evkb

We are using the imx8mminilpddr4 evk board and have installed the linux 5.10.35 demo image.
The wifi module is enable and up by using the commands given in the Linux user guide Rev. (LF5.10.35_2.0.0, 30 June 2021). However the Bluetooh is not able to enable and having an error as below.

when the command "hciattach /dev/ttymxc1 any 3000000 flow" is given, it shows timeout and then EVM hangs;
the log is given below;

for that board 88W8987 is used as described in Table 49. On-board chips and external solutions for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi support
