How to add python package (psycopg2)

Hi,

I am using an i.mx8mm board.

I want to use the psycopg2 package with my python application.

I made a recipe in Yocto BSP and added it, but an error occurs in the build.

Referring to the openembedded site, (http://layers.openembedded.org/layerindex/recipe/20601/)Added python-psycopg2_2.7.5.bb file to /home/skw/soosan/sources/meta-openembedded/meta-python/recipes-devtools/python path,

Added remove-pg-config.patch file to path /home/skw/soosan/sources/meta-openembedded/meta-python/recipes-devtools/python/python-psycopg2.

What could be causing the error?

And, how do I add the python package?
