OpenVX Vision Image Extension API Introduction - DP Dot Products link dead ?

At the end, there's suggestion for further reading : OpenVX Vision Image Extension API Introduction - DP Dot Products but the link is dead. I would like to know what is it about and has it been removed deliberately due to protected content? Or is there alternative document, please ?

I've been aware of that link for a while.But then again, the possibly interesting document cited in that link is the one that eliminated. The attached file in that link is just a translation of https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors-Knowledge-Base/How-to-use-OpenVX-extension-for-NPU-GPU-to-accelerate-machine/ta-p/1113429.
