Flashing iMX6 NAND flash using SD card

I want to flash my module with an sd card. I replaced my file system and kernel with the file system and kernel in mkupdate tool and then I created the SD card and I flash the module. It worked fine. But when I replace uboot and dtb files the module flashes but does not work.

Why adding .dtb file cause this problem?

Updating fs and kernel worked fine but when I update .dtb I got the error. The .dtb file tested by booting from SD card (not flashing) and it is worked fine too.

The problem occur when I trying to update .dtb only.
