i.MX28 EVK JTAG Debugging

I want to debug the software through JTAG on i.MX28 Evk Board (https://www.nxp.com/design/development-boards/i-mx-evaluation-and-development-boards/i-mx28-evaluation-kit:MCIMX28EVKJ)

I am using J-link segger plus for the same. my hardware connection is correct but not able to download the image on the target. I am using eclipse as IDE.

Please provide any reference configuration file or help document.

Is J-link Segger plus support on i.MX28 ?

Hello,

To debug, using JTAG, we must enter special boot mode (Wait JTAG connection).
To debug the i.MX28/23, you must boot it in boot mode 6. In this mode, the boot ROM will enable
the JTAG pins and go into a two- instruction infinite loop, waiting for the debugger to release it.
