      <description>Hello, According to the IMX8MMRM.pdf clause 5.4.5, software calibration method use Tcalib as part of the alpha. What means Tcalib in denominator of alpha? Is it a mistake in TE2? Tcalib_SW = alpha x (Tsense - TE1) + 25 alpha = (85-25)/(Tcalib - TE1)</description>
