i.MX6ULL DDR3 Script Aid

Hi,

We are using I.MX6ull processor with DDR3 ref NT5CC256M16ER-EKI from Nanya. We have to perform DDR stress test for this chipset but we are not able to find the script aid for this chipset. Can you please help us where can we find the script for the same.

Here you can find the programming aid to run the stress tool, you will need to fill the spread sheet with the data of your device.
