hi NXP Team,

I need iMX8QXP JTAG pin out details to buy suitable debugger from I-System debugger.

I understand it is a 10Pin header in iMX8QXP board.

Kindly provide the same.

You can use both 10 pins or 20 pins. To use 20 pins we supply the JTAG -GEN2. I share the JTAG-GEN schematic to you by email.
