Hi All,

I am trying to build u-boot from the yocto setup. I followed the steps mentioned in IMXLXYOCTOUG Rev. L5.4.70_2.3.0 — 31 December 2020 to setup the yocto project.

When i run the command " $MACHINE=imx8qxpmek bitbake -c deploy u-boot-imx "

i get the following error "

ERROR: OE-core's config sanity checker detected a potential misconfiguration.
Either fix the cause of this error or at your own risk disable the checker (see sanity.conf).
Following is the list of potential problems / advisories:

MACHINE=imx8qxpmek is invalid. Please set a valid MACHINE in your local.conf, environment or other configuration file.

"

I am using a Ubuntu 16.04 machine. How to fix this issue?

Thanks and Regards,

Ramprakash
