IMX6 ultralite processor Hardware Development Guide

Hi Team,

In the image below (highlighted in blue) of the IMX6 ultralite processor Hardware Development Guide, the migration notes has a point on the PMIC_STBY_REQ output voltage. There, the MOSFET is told to be changed from Vgth< 1.3 to a Vgth<2.7V. Could you please tell a specific part number for the same. Please also tell me what is the voltage for the PMIC_STBY_REQ.

Hi,

1. PMIC_STBY_REQ's voltage reference is VDD_SNVS_IN, which is 3.0V.

2. For Q501 and Q701, it's part number is RYU002N05, which is ROHM's MOSFET.

Thanks for proving the voltage of PMIC_STBY_REQ.

I think TO1.0 has the part number RYU002N05 for Q501 and Q701. May I know what is the part number used in TO1.1.

For Q501 and Q701, it's part number is RYU002N05, We have not changed them.
